Group size
Bigger crowds = more AV, more staff, more buzzer hardware. The tier you land in does most of the work here.
Weeknight vs weekend
Saturdays in Nov–Dec are our peak. Weeknights and Sundays often run 10–15% lighter on the same package.
Custom branded rounds
Inside-joke trivia about your CEO, product launch round, brand logos on screen — light custom is included; full deep-dive scripting is +$300–800.
Travel beyond 50 mi of Teaneck NJ
Inside the tri-state, travel is in the price. Past 50 miles we add a flat per-mile rate so there are no surprises.
Prize tier

What are your deposit terms?+
50% deposit locks your date on the calendar. Balance is due 7 days before the event. Once we're booked, that date is yours — we don't double-book.
What if we have to cancel?+
Cancel 30+ days out: deposit is fully refundable minus a small admin fee. Inside 30 days we'll work with you to reschedule within 12 months at no penalty. Inside 7 days the deposit is non-refundable because we've already turned away other dates.
What payment methods do you accept?+
ACH, business check, all major credit cards (3% processing), and Zelle / wire for larger productions. Net-30 corporate POs available on request.
